- Write down what you need to know by the end of this week for it to be a success
- Decide first which customers to test and which behaviors to observe
Storyboard
- Draw only the 6–8 steps of encountering the problem and experiencing the solution, not every screen
- Instead of asking whether it is good, have people actually use it and record where they get stuck

《Sprint》 is a team process for forming important hypotheses within five days and validating them through customer reactions instead of spending a long time in meetings. It is a great book to bring out when a team keeps getting stuck on “let’s discuss it a little more.” For designers, it is especially helpful for clarifying which question to validate this week before worrying about beautiful mockups.
