• Challenge: Redefine Coder’s brand identity as it expands from a simple cloud development environment tool into the enterprise and AI space, and build a high-performance GTM (Go-To-Market) website that can persuade both enterprise buyers and developers.

• Design challenge : DevTools design can easily end up as little more than a lineup of code editor screens or terminal UIs.
• Approach : It was elevated from a simple CDE (cloud development environment) tool to an enterprise infrastructure for companies and a 'developer + AI agent collaboration platform.'
• Implication : Rather than simply arranging UI shots, it shows that a framework that visually elevates and expresses “what scale of impact this product has on the organization” is important.

• Complex stakeholders : Working developers (actual users), security personnel, and CXOs/decision-makers (buyers) each want different information.
• Information architecture design:
  • Developer target: Clear, immediate value delivery (intuitive visualization of code, terminals, and how agents operate).
  • Buyer target: Intuitive, confidence-building storytelling around security, infrastructure cost reduction, and productivity metrics.
• Implication : When designing a landing page or product introduction UI, the scroll order and visual emphasis must be diversified according to ‘who reads first, and who needs to be persuaded.’

• Sophisticated tone and manner centered on dark mode : On a dark UI, clear high-contrast typography, subtle gradients, and refined frame elements were applied to create a developer-friendly yet premium feel.
• Scalable design system : It was built on a modular CMS and a reusable component library so that the internal marketing/design team can continue to expand it.
• Implication : Branding was not limited to a one-off website; consistent visual tokens (Color, Type, Grid) were defined so that it naturally extends into the actual product and design system.
