unlazy

unlazy is an agent skill that forces large tasks to be carried through to completion. It is especially useful for work that is prone to stopping midway, such as organizing a design system, checking builds, and audit-style reviews, and the key is to first write GATES.md to make the completion criteria visible. Then, by breaking the work down finely with a Depth Tree and checking the CHECK and EXPECT of each gate, it becomes possible to verify completion in a way that is closer to evidence than to a report.
